Timbó – Últimos dias para participar da concessão do Mercado Público Cultural Leopoldo Kurtz

Os interessados na concessão para implantação do “Mercado Público Cultural Leopoldo Kurtz” têm até o dia 03 de novembro, na próxima semana, para entregar o envelope com a proposta para o espaço.

O Mercado será localizado na antiga Sociedade Recreativa e Cultural, no Centro. O projeto básico do local prevê um investimento de R$ R$ 1,5 milhão por parte da ganhadora da concessão. Porém, a empresa vencedora também poderá apresentar mudanças no projeto original. A concessão será de 20 anos.

Dentro do Mercado a concessionária poderá explorar com a construção de boxes, inclusive com espaço para restaurante e música ao vivo, e também o estacionamento externo.

A Prefeitura de Timbó, através da Fundação de Cultura e Turismo, lançou o edital de concessão no dia 29 de setembro.
